Imran Nazir – Prodigiously Gifted Cricketer

Imran Nazir was born on 16 December 1981 is a Pakistani cricketer. Imran was primarily an attacking opening batsman who plays for Pakistan in Test cricket, One Day Internationals, and Twenty20 cricket formats. He was best known for his big-hitting.  He made his Test debut in March 1999 against Sri Lanka at Lahore and ODI debut against Sri Lanka at Visakhapatnam in India.
Imran Nazir scored brilliant 160 runs against Zimbabwe in the 2007 World Cup, which is the highest ODI score for Pakistan in CWC. His 160 was the second-highest score by a Pakistani batsman in an ODI. Imran was last played against England in February 2010 in two T2OI’s and was as a result dropped from the Pakistani side. He was prodigiously gifted of players, predominantly strong off the back foot, forcing through the covers.
